Hi
I want to get my nose done, with subtle result, not too high bridge, no 'elephant-nose', just like myself but only more defined and sharper.. I mean, to improve my nose so it can look best for myself..
but i'm so confused since there're so many options
i hope for a permanent result, so i don't need to go for a revision in the future..

My nose tip is bulbous, and my alar is flaring when i smile.. :(

I also interested to do my chin, but i don't want to look fake or like i have a weird double chin..

What procedures that is best for me?
I'm a little afraid of the side-effects of implants ( silicones, and goretex )
